Angel Tree
I cannot thank you enough for your generous support of the Prison Angel Tree program. With your personal support and that of the United Methodist Men and the United Methodist Women, one thousand dollars was the grand total donated. The money went to purchase gifts of clothing, toys, and Food Lion gift cards for the five children in the four family groups.
A special thank-you also goes to Martha , Elizabeth, and Victoria who went shopping for our youngest little girl and donated those purchases. Also, Carol was once again a great assistant shopper as we found treasures at Target and Kohl’s. And without a doubt, the women of the church who helped with the wrapping were once again magnificent. Susan always has shared her abundant supply of gift wrap, boxes, tissue paper, and tape; and her fellow wrappers included Mary , Mary , Jean , Beverley , Carol , Betty , Betty , Marilyn , Georgia , Alice , and Kay .
